Sarracenia flavaThe Botanical Ninja
Also known as the yellow pitcher plant, Sarracenia flava is a gorgeous pitcher plant that has a certain regal-ness to it that other Sarracenia just don't have. A staple in anyone's Sarracenia collection.
This plant grows more than meter tall and puts up yellow petaled flowers that reportedly smell like cat pee each year (I've never taken the time to smell them myself). During dormancy, it puts up knife shaped leafs that are called phyllodia, which helps the plant to photosynthesize during the winter months.
This plant will be shipped bare root.
